Over the weekend I invited a few gal pals over and hosted a Girl's Night In: Nail + Pamper Party. We all have such hectic schedules, with work and travel, so it was nice to just relax and enjoy each other's company. The topics of the evening were: men, fashion, empire building, social media, men, nails, fashion week and oh, men! The night was filled with gossip, nail painting and giggles from the sangria I made. A perfect night.
We all fell in love with the Sally Hansen® Miracle Gel™ polish. It was easy to use and has a nice, round brush tip for messy people (like me). Our nails looked beautiful and shiny, no chipping and it's long-lasting. I did my nails last week and they were as good as new by the weekend, but I just wanted to paint them again and join in the DIY fun! My fave perfect pair is too haute and redgy, perfect for fall!
My best at-home manicure tip I can share with you, is to apply two coats of your color, starting at the side of your nail. Two or three strokes should be plenty, wait to dry, then apply the top coat. Easy and gets you the perfect salon style mani!

-sparkling cranberry juice
- sparkling red wine
-red or green apples
-handful of (sliced) grapes
Chill the juice and wine, chop up the fruit and add a cute paper straw!
