I interrupt this program to bring to your attention that there are
rare (ha!)
times when I behave like a 12 year old, starstruck, crazed fan.
This was that day.
Yes, I've worked with hundreds of celebrities throughout my career, styling them, working alongside them on set and many times dancing til dawn with drinks in our hand. BUT. Never have I worked or met
the man. The one. Simply the most sexiest man in the entire world. Yes, he's beyond handsome, but for me it's the perfect combo of quirky, kindness and creative genius.
A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to join a handful of strangers and attend a special screening preview of The Lone Ranger with Johnnny Depp, Armie Hammer, Gore Verbinski and Jerry Bruckheimer. The funny thing about the morning was that while I was drooling over the J man in absolute disbelief while I was only about 20 feet away from him
in the flesh, my mom was all googly eye'd over Gore. We were in our own little fantasy land I assure you. Although I was not one of the three fans that approached him (although he's famous, he is still
just a person), I did stare. While I lifted my hand in the air and waved and before I realized what was actual happening
Johnny Depp waved and smiled back at me.
Me. (deep sigh...for days)
I do have two questions though. One, is that a wedding ring on his finger?? (
noooo!) Two, is he sporting a McQueen scarf in his back pocket.?
Oh...a man truly after my own heart.
