Feel your Boobies!

It's October and that means it's National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so it's time to remember to check your boobies! Here you can download and print your own steps to self breast exam, compliments of Susan G. Komen for the cure. Did you know that every 69 seconds a woman dies of breast cancer? Those numbers are astonishing and we must do whatever we can to stop this horrific disease. Visit ww5.komen.org to learn how you can donate, volunteer or participate in a local event. My love/hate relationship with heels.

Yes, I love heels. No, I don't wear them as often as I should. "Should" meaning the fact that I work in the Fashion World and by that you are "supposed" to obey the Fashion Gods. Screw that! I make my own fashion rules. My health and pain-free life is more important than balancing upon several inches of hell. BUT. I do believe that heels are an important fashion staple but I just don't agree with wearing them everyday. Red Carpet? Yes. Walking the streets of Manhattan? No, thank you.
