I had never used this site before so was a bit sceptical about sending the diamond earrings I had ordered via the internet. I need not have worried, the staff were very helpful and friendly and contacted me on 19 December when the earrings were sent out to my friend. She received them gift wrapped the next day. Without question my favorite Lush product is their Handy Gurugu hand cream. I get terrible dishpan hands in the wintertime and they keep them nice and soft. I will never face another winter without it!
